Strategic Complicity: How Turkey’ Arms Trade Undermines International Law and Regional Stability
The international community has been so critical of the strategic growth of the Turkish defence industry after United Nations took a resound decision in reporting the contributions of the country in instabilizing Sudan. Change finding shows that there is a perilous mismatch between Turkey and its geopolitical aspirations, should it be combined with a lack of accountability to the world community, and it demonstrates the tendency of actions requesting an integrated political and legal action. The report given by the UN Panel of Experts in July is a systematic account of Sudanese-South Sudanese weaponry proliferation by Turkish weapons, despite a complete global ban.
